Request account button is disabled


Request account button is disabled

If you have setup Identity IQ 7.1+, you might see that the request account button is disabled on the "Manage Accounts" Functionality.

To enable this follow the below steps:

  1. Go to - Global settings -> Quicklink population -> "Self Service" Menu -> "Quicklinks" Tab
  2. Now Click on "Configure" Option for  "Manage Accounts".
  3. Check "Allow requesting new accounts" and click on save.
