Request account button is disabled
If you have setup
Identity IQ 7.1+, you might see that the request account button is disabled on
the "Manage Accounts" Functionality.
To enable this
follow the below steps:
- Go to - Global settings -> Quicklink population -> "Self Service" Menu -> "Quicklinks" Tab
- Now Click on "Configure" Option for "Manage Accounts".
- Check "Allow requesting new accounts" and click on save.
